Should you find any defects to your product, please contact us within 14 days upon the parcel's receiving date and we will investigate thoroughly within our power to make things right. Please specify the order number and attach photos of the defects taken from several angles when making a report.
If it is found that the product was defective in any way due to production errors or was damaged during delivery, we will replace the defective product as what it was originally used in the order to ensure that you receive only the best quality product.
If no such claims are made during the stipulated time frame, we will assume that you’ve acknowledged that the photo product you have received is in good condition and that all the specifications had been met. Pixajoy will not be held responsible for defect reports that have been sent in later than the given duration.
Pixajoy is not responsible for any errors as mentioned in Terms of Service 3.5 . Please be sure to preview your project carefully before placing your order.
